raised limit amount question
 

hello all ,
just a brief question ,
my account is 3 month old , I sold out the first month selling low value items
on the second month I bit the bullet and rang for an increase , I have done this on 2 previous accounts before so was well prepared ,
I got the 25-100 limit , the girl said ring back in a month if you feel you need to request another selling limit increase and we will look at your account
ok so I have sold out of the 100 items 2 weeks into the month and my dsr is 5.0 on all sections and I have over 80 feedback 100 percent
my question is does any one know if monthly limits are increased by the 100 maximum or could I push for 100 } 300 ?
has any one else had that jump in numbers

If you call in, they double amount and monetary value. Advice on this forum is never to call in, why not open more accounts...

looks like you are comfortable with phoning in, Phone them and ask for 1000 limit as items are low in value. Also best to start high, better more than less. They will ask about your suppliers, best to have UK supplier. I have phoned a few times and amend figures depending on the agent.

First time you are lucky, second time they 'look at you closer'

if your product is 100% ok and supplier details are ok, Me personally would increase it to as much as you can, dont see it being a problem as ebay would like you to sell more, it is a business at the end of the day. But i am only going by my own experience, other comments are by people who have been selling longer than me.
