No option on my stealth account to add gift address

Does anybody know how I can add a gift address to my stealth PayPal account ?

The picture below is a picture of the option that should normal be there but I don't see it on my stealth account.

Maybe they don't allow this anymore? If you have other stealth's maybe you can check those to see if this option is there.

Just adds he address that u need your item shipped to when your checking out your order on eBay, it will give u the option before you pay
