I am trying to place an order on another countries Ebay site, but it says 'it does not allow cross border payments'

But when I Google it, they should be I can see nothing to say they won't.

Any Ideas?

Does the seller accept international orders? Not everyone does.

No sorry I will explain a little more, my cousin is here visiting from China and he is trying to purchase something off ebay for delivery to here in the UK.

Or am I doing it wrong? He is using my Ebay account but It never asked for delivery address

So he is in the UK using your Uk eBay account, and wanted the order to your confirmed UK address.... I think this is what you are saying

Now the seller that you have made the purchase from, if they are not a UK seller than you need to see if they sell to the UK

eBay gives sellers the option to ship to whatever country they want , so you may be trying to make a purchase from a seller that does not ship to the UK and your transaction would be blocked if you tried

Correct sorry I am tired.

It never asked for a shipping address, I assumed as it was my ebay account it would register THAT address as delivery address but maybe not

It automatically will use your confirmed address

So you need to see whether or not the seller ships to the UK, or possibly u where not aware and he entered his address in china and the seller may not ship there
