Virtual Bank Account UK?

Hi All,
How can I get an UK Virtual Bank Account? Tried to search out but no lucks.

About the UK accounts seller, how can the PAYPAL account gets verified without adding bank account?

My 1st stealth account was verified as I added the actual bank account. Tonight I am going to create another PAYPAL stealth account, and would like to add my actual bank account later once I am going to withdraw the money. Tonight, I added my VCC bank card, PAYPAL still asked me to add bank account to get verified.

There is NO such thing in the Uk. Virtual bank accounts are in the USA.
