Default Problems with Entropay

i just made an account on entropay and i have to top up the virtual card to get the cards details i top it up by my debit card and everything goes fine and then i get asked to do the santander visa verification sign in which goes fine and then a message comes up from entropay on a new page

"Your Transaction Cannot Be Processed

A problem with your credit/debit card is preventing us from transferring money onto your virtual Visa card."

Anyone know what the problem is ?

Many banks decline payments to Entropay as it is deemed high risk.

Contact Santander.

My Natwest bank account had a temp ban when I tried to verify Entropay.

It happens a lot.

Many UK banks put on a block on accounts the first time an attempt is made to fund an Entropay account. It's all part of the "unusual activity" that banks look for as part of fraud prevention. Once the initial transaction is deemed valid, future transactions go through without issue.

yes I have problems with my Lloyds TSB account and Entropay all the time and have to ring up the bank drives me mad!!

Barclays anoys me , each time I try to add money, the stupid EC15 error shows and I have to call the fraud line and answer like 20 Questions before they authorise it...
