ending listing earlier
 

Hi,
I read few threads about ending listing earlier but all of them were regarding auctions. I need to cancel BIN listing. Will it raise flag? Which of those options they offer is the best to use?
1.The item is no longer available for sale.
2. There was an error in the listing.
3. There was an error in starting price, Buy it now price, or reserve price.
4. The item was lost or broken
or it actually doesnt matter?

Does ebay let buyers who bought the item know if I use eg "there was an error in the listing"? (so they can possibly want to return item and get refund?)

I guess you bring attention anyway and there is no option better than the other... you are just abruptly ending your listing.

Explain better what there is behind this... is there a problem with your items?

Sometimes happens that in the "Monthly selling allowances" table shows I am selling one more item than I actually sell. I am selling only one kind of stuff so eg I listed 20. Still have 15 but it sometimes shows 16. I also found out why that happens. It happens when somebody buys item from me while I am revising the listing. I believe I found out how to get rid of it and I think the way is to completely cancel the listing so it cancels also the "unexisting" one too (as I saw it disappears when the listing would normally ended). I need to do it because I want to get my limits lifted but this way I cannot reach the limit.

Well, not really clear the relation of this problem with "limits lifting" but... what about listing 19 items so you still have one spare for the "odd" listing?

As long as I know they wont lift your limits unless you reach your selling limit. If you eg sell only 97, 98 or 99 out of 100 they might think you dont need more but if you sell 100 out of 100 they might increase the limit without asking them to do so. Am I right?
