Bank Question and lifting limits
 

Hello today i signed into my stealth account for the first time and i was adding a bank account onto the account , i just wanted to know will my bank be okay due two diff names on my bank and paypal ? ( my bank is Natwest )

and also to lift all the limits i also need to paypal says " we are legally required to ensure that you complete the direct debit instruction to link your bank account to your paypal account for instant purchases and bank transfers" should i go ahead with this ?

because if i do wont my ebay fees will be taken from my bank rather than the vcc card i have added ?

You need to submit the dd mandate. If you don't you will not be able to verify the account.

With a small of amount of care, it is fairly easy to ensure funds are never take from the bank account.
