Direct debit agreement
 

Hi on one of my paypals there's something strange happening that i dont understand I got the bank account verified but on the to do list its saying

Accept direct debit agreement

Now because I had already confirmed the account so the direct debit agreement has been submitted and accepted so I found this strange. Anyway when I click onto the link it takes me to the dd form which I then clicked submit. A message pops up saying

Your direct debit instruction has already been submitted by your bank/building society. You do not have to fill this form out again

If the direct debit has already been submitted then why does it keep saying on my to do list accept direct debit agreement?
Am I missing something here or does it sound like its just a glitch? It's been like this for 3 days now I'm selling on the account and its withdrawing into my bank fine so I'm a little confused.

Any ideas?

Probably a system glitch... there seems to be a few of these lately :lol:

Couple of banks had glitches too.

Hi greenbean it's a Barclays that is added at the minute

Do you think it's safer to just leave it and hope it sorts its self out rather than call in?

It withdraws to your bank fine so let it sort itself out
