I was wondering how do u give negative feedback to a non payer on an eBay item?
or is ebay so fooked up u cant?
If u cant then sure the feedback system is majorly flawed and a waste of time for sellers

The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
I personally try not to go that route.
You leave a negative feedback you get your negative feedback in return... and you, as a seller, get much more damages.
Spot to Ebay the non-paying guy and let them solve the issue.
Most of the times, in my experience, the guy will pay.
If not, the transaction will be cancelled and nobody is hurt.

There will always be another seller to take your place if you decide it's a waste of time.
Ebay look after the buyers for a reason. If ebay gets a reputation as a marketplace where buyers get scammed, buyers will go elsewhere and the sellers have no one to sell to. Protect the buyers and there will always be sellers that will put up with their cr@p to make money.
The inability for buyers to get a negative is all part of this policy.

you can't leave a negative for a buyer but if you have an unpaid case opened for a non payer and can close it to receive a final credit fee after 4 days and you can leave them positive feedback and write it in capitols to warn other ebayers that they have not paid or are a time waster then just close the unpaid item case and the buyer can't leave feedback if they haven't paid meaning they can't leave bad feedback.
Don't write anything offensive and just mention the truth as ebay will give you an MC notice for abusive language. another way is to reply to the feedback left and say your side of the story (again non abusive/threatening language needed)

I never even bother with feedback anymore unless it is requested, as it is meaningless.
And I hate buyers who say I have 100% FB --- What the @@@@ else would they have if they only buy. But the fact they none paid what ever number of times it takes to block their bid tells me all I need to know when they whine on because of it.
Ebay are busy asking what they should do to fix their site?
I figure that would be just one item of the massive list I would give them if they asked me.
