Overseas postage changes

Has anyone been affected by the change in size and price changes in april for over seas letter packeges

Pre april I used to pay 1.47 for letter packeges the item I sold would qualify as letter but last april RM changed the size height meaning I now have to pay 3.20

Well heard today this may change back to what it was before, so maybe good news if this happens

People complain about ebay/paypal but Royal mail are just as bad!
