Debit Card Address Verification

So in the final stages of getting my stealth paypal up and running, but got a hiccup.

When adding a credit/debit card, it obviously doesnt match with my stealth name and address.

Would a VCC solve the problem? if so would Paypal not cross check to make sure VCC address matches? if not, why not?

Done a quick read on aspkin and it seems AVS is the whole address verification system....

Was wondering, can I get any VCC and AVS will come with it

OR

Do I need to go and buy from specific websites/companies that do VCC with AVS?

Also, any VCC+AVS providers you recommend for a UK individual?

Entropay will work just fine. Sign up in your real details. Entropay cards can be added to Paypal in any name & address.

Most Visa gift cards (3V etc) that you can purchase in supermarkets will work fine as well. They should be registered in the stealth name & address.

Does 3v and/or Entropay come with account number and sort code as that is the only way I have seen you can verify?

Also has anybody seen recently on Paypal that it checks with credit agencies to see if you live at that address?

No they don't.

The best place to get sort code and account numbers is by opening bank accounts with UK banks.

The check you refer to has been in place for several years.

Why would they be saying anything else?

Correctly used, both Entropay & 3v work to fulfil the AVS needs of a stealth paypal account.

NB correctly used is the key.

Nobody made reference to either verification or sort codes / account numbers.

They will be adding these vccs to confirm the address and/or to use as a funding source for purchases.

There are some current Entropay threads running at the moment but they are referring to verifying the Entropay account, not Paypal.

Which is why it is used as verification
