Paypal new account message - you can now withdraw inlimited funds

I opened a new paypal account. They sent me the confirm email address email and 5 minutes later 'Limits lifted...you can now withdraw unlimited funds' Clicked on link to paypal to confirm my email address. Lift your limits is still showing on To Do list. Any advice please, did confirming my email mess something up? Will the limits be lifted like they said? I'm puzzled again.

You can withdraw unlimited funds (subject to limitations) will be probably be mentioned somewhere.

You can however, only receive £1900 until you either confirm your information or submit documents.
