Help me paypal is limited am I doomed
 

My paypal is limited and the upload docs screen has gone so now what do i wait 180 days for my monies?:eek:

Yes likely 180 days provided you arent linked to other accounts that owe or your account has chargebacks.

I would check recent past posts as I am sure someone said make sure you confirm the start of the 180 days somehow. Not sure how they did it but i would search for that post as it may make the 180 stretch on if you don't.

Does anyone else know when the 180 days starts on paypal and i really pissed off this account was only a week old

If you read around the forum just use the search, I remember multiple posts on this topic

According to what I read on the forum , the 180 days starts after you call paypal and let them know that you will not be sending any of the documents that they have asked for and wish to part ways,

After they are notified that u wish no longer to do business with them and are not sending any documents to appeal the limit than the 180 day count begins

I cant send docs the upload screen has dissapeared?
my stealth is a girl not what I really wanted so need my misses to ring them up
or do a squeaky voice thing

This is the main screen below in paypal and it says cannot be appealed against so does that mean I cant send docs?
I have tracking and a 21 day delay on payments by paypal on this account so why has it happened?
I must of been selling to fast for a 3 week ebay account but is that a crime?
I never sold Vero stuff
Looks like ebay and paypal are not a good place to make fast money and need to go back selling cars or something else

This limitation cannot be appealed against.

Delete the case ID from your post.

As it says, you cannot appeal this limitation. They don't even want to see your documents.

Account is toast.

What did you do OR not do to get such a quick & permanent limitation?

That is not good for future accounts....

I didn't do anything wrong I always sent goods and had 100% feedback
I bought giffgaff sims for feedback and that may of caused problems but my eBay still works
my paypal had a 21 days wait attached to it for my monies to be released
and they limited it without any complaints
I never sold vero stuff and they haven't linked it to my other stealths
I started selling new items which may have rung alarm bells and maybe should of sold crap for a few weeks
Maybe the giffgaff sims that were sent out to the stealth address complained to ebay or paypal im not sure?
Maybe I was impatient and rushed the account instead or going slower
I just want to get my £600 back and want to no when the 180 days starts

that's 6 months and is this legal to keep someones money for so long?
sounds dodgy to me what a load of charlatans lol

The 180 days starts from whenever you received the above email.

Sometimes, you need to send them a message to start the 180 days thing.

Depending on what happened to the account, sometimes you get your money in 45 days.

eB can be used with other approved payment methods like Skrill and Paymate

With nearly 33k posts most of which are as useful as this one, surely you'd know that this is in the UK eBay & PayPal section and on eBay UK PP has to be offered.
