Buyer wants a refund.

Just had a message from an ebayer, she wants a refund for a new xbox game on the grounds the game doesn't work. Although shes already left feedback saying all was fine. Do i have a leg to stand on or will ebay. Take her side. Sick off cheap scammers on ebay!

Rats.....if this is a new account, you need to be grovelling to protect it.

Risky items to sell.

See what damage control you can do

Good Luck

What kind of feedback did you get from this buyer? does it say anything about the game working or anything like that? If so then eB will side with you.

Sorry but I've found in most cases the fact they left feedback makes no difference to ebay, as they say they left it for the wrong item or they were just doing several at once and did yours by mistake, so it makes no difference.

Is there no chance it could be faulty, as time does not matter, it may have been a gift from granny. I bought a new hard drive off ebay recently and when I stuck it in it was showing more faults than the other one I took out and it took me a while to actually use it, so if I had actually asked for return or money back then it would have probably looked odd to that seller.

If it were me i would just ask them to send it back for replacement or refund and pay the postage for them to do it, when it is a new account.

Think yourself lucky they did not go direct to ebay as so many others seem to do these days.
