Does it matter if a bank A/C was once registered to a paypal a/c
 

that's linked to suspended ebay a/c?

I have a suspended ebay a/c, and have followed the instructions and now have a new ebay and paypal a/c. So far I haven't added a bank a/c to the new paypal a/c but I am just about to in order to set up an ebay seller a/c.

I have an old bank a/c that I rarely use, but at one time I think i might have had it linked to my old paypal a/c (but not at the time of the suspension) but deleted it a long time ago.

Can i use this bank a/c for the new paypal account?

NO Any new account must have entirely new information.

I don't think that PAYPAL will even let you list an account that was ever used on another PAYPAL account. I had a bank account tied to a PAYPAL account that I closed. About a month later I tried to add the bank account from the PAYPAL account that I closed to another PAYPAL account and they said that because it had been used for another account - even though it was closed - it cannot be used again. Stupid rule but my thought is that if you are not sure if the old bank account was ever used with PAYPAL - then try it and if they accept it then it is clean because they would reject it otherwise. Just a thought.

Read the OP's question. You are incorrect. OP knows already that the bank account is associated with suspended ebay accounts. Therefore a NEWbank account is required.
