Sure.. why not? As long as you're getting new IPs I don't see an issues with dozens of accounts with it.

sounds good and dongles must be the way forward
and tethering of course if u are on 3 network
and got the deal of unlimited tethering as they have now ended it

Keep a log of IPs used if you worry about using the same IPs over again

I go to ipBurger before ebay and don't log ip's but always try and remember the last ones just lazy i think on my half:amen:
