Confirm user identity
 

I have got near the 1900 limit and they want more information and how do they check user id is it with the council tax register?
I used 29/04/10961 a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Dob when i created the PP account and can i change it to his real DOB will payal allow me?
will i have to use the correct DOB as I have used the name of the guy who lives there with him permission ?:hail:

They check it with the electoral roll.
I've done it with my relatives and its relatively straightforward.

You MUST make sure the name, birthday and address are correct. Otherwise, it won't work. They give you 2 chances and if you fail them, you have to send in ID.

Takes about 10 seconds to verify.

I'm not 100% sure about whether changing to the real birthday will raise some flags though, sorry.
