I would like to create a buying only account on ebay and can i do this with out a bank account attached to PayPal?:confused:

You could, just need a Credit or Debit Card to make purchases.

You can do it without a bank and just use a card as Karakolio has said. The Paypal account would however be unverified and would have fairly restrictive limits in place.

Doable.

But you are limited as to how much of those property profits you can spend.

Paypal will be unverified because of no bank account.
Do it as a stealther too.

The main reason is that I don't want to buy on a stealth account as they have to send to my home address i gets tricky
