I have had many PMs from you about this in the last week or so and I have repeatedly given you the same answer.
Occassionally when you upload docs (as you have done) that arrow still shows as "To do" rather than "In Progress". The bit about "More information required" will stay until the docs are reviewed (as Bunneh has correctly pointed out).
On one of your many other posts on this subject, it clearly shows that you uploaded the docs (screenshot from Resolution Center).
You need to patiently wait for them to be reviewed.
If you want to double-check Paypal have got them - email or phone them. Other option is to upload them again and wait but this may result in you going to the bottom of the pile again.
Repeatedly posting and PMing on here about the same issue is not going to resolve anything.
If you are satisified you uploaded the docs correctly then ffs wait it out. If Paypal want any further info they will ask for it. |
