eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - can you use ecopayz as a vcc?

I checked it out with their customer service. The guy said if you send documents you can get a ecopayz master card with a 16 digit number but no sort code. So I think this is no good for verifying VCC with paypal as they need a sort code to verify you bank details.

This VCC is NOT a bank account - you need a bank to verify on PP UK

Hi guys. I do not want a bank account just looking Virtual Visa cards that I can use on paypal to carry out transactions.

I already applied to entropay account just waiting to get verified. But was wondering if their where other options to create more then a few VCC's
