New Paypal- clean computer?

Been logging to my Paypal I was suspended with on laptop.

IF I use same laptop to sign up for new Paypal will they link me with New Ebay account?

Yes, it's one of the ways eBay links accounts.

Forget about that account and create a new one. You'll need to delete your browser cookies (including flash objects) and change your IP address to thwart any linking.

Ohhh do you mean that you cant use the same computer because thats how they catch you or you need to make sure the cookies,history and ip address are all changed?
I thought its fine to use the same comp just make sure you do what you have in your stealth ebook. please clarify because i might be doing something very wrong.

is it possible to create multiple google checkout accounts as it is with paypal?
the difference being the precaution needed for computer name reading by google as mentioned.
