I think I saw this post on ANOTHER thread you created. Creating multiple threads asking the same or very similar questions will not get you anywhere....you will end up going around in circles.

Use google to look up what you are seeking. It will help you.

I wouldn't try seeking out the cheapest VPS. Some of these $5 per month providers go out of business without warning. You want to go with a provider who is STABLE. And make sure to have a backup plan of what you will do if the VPS provider goes under.

Also, avoid the larger providers. eBay and Amazon know the IP address ranges of the larger providers.

Ideally, you want a VPS provider who is small enough to be under the radar, but not so small that they are unstable. Check to see how long the provider has been around and look for reviews.

VPS is better than VPN

You also want to spend a bit of money on a VPS to ensure its good quality.

If its the cheapest possible then you can bet a lot of other people will be using it.
