UK eBay & PaypalGeneral discussions about eBay.co.uk Suspensions and Paypal.co.uk limited accounts. This forum is geared towards UK eBay & Paypal sellers.
I have no problem creating an eBay seller account and have a verified paypal etc, I have searched around and read about increasing the selling allowance from 10 to 25 to 100 and the time it takes to do so.
However, I am seeing multiple ebay listings where the seller has an item for sale with a quantity of around 60 items available or more, however when I click on the sellers' usernames it says they registed literally a matter of days or one week ago. How have they increased their selling allowances to 100 items per month so quickly? There is obviously a method of doing so as like I said there are many sellers on ebay who have been registered for a matter of days however have listings with up to 100 items available to Buy it Now.
Anyone got any information on this or know the fastest method to increase your selling allowance from 10 to 25/100 items per month?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
You will always start at the 10/650 or if you are lucky 25/750 limit. Providing top quality customer service and opening more stealth accounts will allow you to sell as many items as you so wish.
Spreading risk is always a smart move, and in turn, if any account was to be banned you have plenty of accounts to fall back on. It's the eggs in one basket story.
I totally understand that however I've noticed many ebay sellers that have sold over 50 items and their accounts were created literally days ago. How have they done this?
Selling that quickly can be done but I would NOT advise this at all,the majority of users would end up with MC999. 50 items in just a few days isn't good stealth practise and you would end up back here with a thread relating to opening a new account....
But how have they got their selling allowances up to 100 items per month so quickly? Also, it won't let me reply to your PM but sorry I was just after an ebay account I'm not in need of a PP
Yes what JamesNorth said or they could have called in ebay to request higher limits.. Or were lucky enough to be able to get the letter sent to there address so they can sell 100 items.
Did you notice if these new accounts were business accounts?
i have a few accounts on 130 limit, that i need upped...
should i bell them?
I'm talking about doing this on new accounts with no sales history.
If you are selling 100% legit items with ALL relevant paperwork and ID then by all means have a go. Make sure you have good DSRs and can speak confidently.
