| just_smile | 08-07-2014 04:49 AM | huge increase in inr Any other uk users of royal mail noticed a large spike of item not recieved cases/messages?

| GreenBean | 08-07-2014 04:54 AM | Re: huge increase in inr Combo of both.

 |
| JamesNorth101 | 08-07-2014 07:06 AM | Re: huge increase in inr Had a huge spike recently in INR cases on a couple of accounts. Its done my defect rate all sorts of damage for the next 3 months on those accounts. |

| stevebills | 08-07-2014 07:18 AM | Re: huge increase in inr Postman who targeted the City of London in biggest letter theft in Royal Mail history to steal £2.3MILLION weeps in the dock as he is jailed for eight years |

| Geegee83 | 08-07-2014 07:20 AM | Re: huge increase in inr I've noticed the opposite at the moment, but a few weeks ago I had a bad week I must admit, it's hard to not let it bother you, especially when you get the "not got it" emails that are most likely scammers.
That stupid advert they put up now and again "We guarantee you will get your item, or you money back", doesn't help. |
| JamesNorth101 | 08-07-2014 07:58 AM | Re: huge increase in inr It is very frustrating to be punished as a seller for Royal Mail's incompetence. Sending all items via tracked mailed would be the ideal solution, but it is just not a feasible options as it triples already high postage costs. |

| just_smile | 08-07-2014 01:42 PM | Re: huge increase in inr Atleast I know im not being targeted.
Its about time royal mail tracked all parcels. |
| Kiroshi | 08-07-2014 02:26 PM | Re: huge increase in inr Yes I have noticed an increase also.
I am very very lucky that my items all cost £3 so to keep high ratings I send another out without question. Some could call that too trusting but my last account was top rated seller and 100% feedback. |
| oompaloompa | 08-08-2014 09:39 AM | Re: huge increase in inr I think some people, only a proportion of inr are snad but cannot be bothered to return it...I believe most post turns up, poss late, but service is still good.....I noticed it too btw |
| An0nym0u$ | 08-08-2014 10:35 AM | Re: huge increase in inr I'm also getting a few item not received cases, even though tracking shows it was delivered.
One recent transaction, customer claimed it never arrived and I was furious. I called up USPS to do an investigation. USPS concluded item was in fact delivered.
Customer escalated case to eBay and they won. I lost the case, the item, and $150.
I saw there was an Appeal button. So I said, what the heck?, I gave eBay the USPS case# and wrote to them in summary...."The Government provided proof to me it was delivered, what more do you need and why does eBay believe this fraudulent buyer?"
Two days later, I get this email... Quote:

my issue is that these open cases harm your bloody ratings now | ebay also set this up nicely for buyers to automatically open inr cases.
If a customer try to contact his seller to ask about delivery and click on item not received on ebay message system, ebay automatically re-direct to open a case. |
