Want to get it right this time!

Hi all,

I have tried a couple of times and had my new accounts cancelled. I have followed the steps that I have picked up from reading the site but still am unsure of some things so this time I thought I could get some help.

I have the following ready:

Smile online bank account
New gmail email address

Now I need to know the best way to use these to get a fully verified ebay and paypal account. Please comment on the following if you can!

ebay: Which bank account details do I give them, address, name telephone etc. What do I need to verify to register?

Paypal: Which bank account details do I give them, address, name telephone etc. How do I get fully verified?

Delivery address: I have used my address with other accounts so how do I get stuff delivered to my house?

there are a few options, the main one Ive ssen on the forum is, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address and name for both e-bay and paypal, use virtual cc and real current account on paypal, but dont have to put real name, paypal will send 2 credits to your real bank account and you put the 4 digits in on paypal and verify, ones verified and linked to ebay you can sell. I am still having probs with seller phone verification, as you can see from my posts, so cant help you there
