I'm not yet suspended but Paypal froze my account of 12 years i'm not willing to post any more items on Ebay.

Too late now to change my mind as defect rates gone over 5%

I have a relative next door. If i re-register with my details but address next door - will the fact the postcode is also the same trigger a link?
