Integrating NOCHEX in eBAY Business

hi,
if i sell an item how do i find out the customers email address to send them a nochex payment request.
please help !!!

when your items are sold, ebay sends you message "your item has been sold" in that e-mail it gives you details of your customers, name, little info about their address and e-mail address, thats where you get it from. By the way, is nochex good??
