need help strange pp problem
 

in short

just had my first payment for an eb item go into new stealth pp account and within minutes account was limited,

it says to lift limits do the following 2 things,

add bank account, but bank account is already added, so do i just input the same details again ?


confirm address by inputting card details, but a card is already added when the account was open and no longer exists, (vcc used)

if i go to account details the bank and card details are already there, anyone had this and anyone know the solution,

Has the bank account been verified?

How much was the payment into the account for?

payment into the account was £9.95,

cant remember if the bank account was verified, so i guess i can do that even though its a diff name/address to the pp account, ?

not my first stealth had a few with no problems but lost on this, and the vcc was added/verified when account was opened,

update,

the bank was already added and verified,
but it wants me to add a bank even though its already added .....
when i put in the same details as the account already added it says that account is already added please add another bank account !!!!!

and i cant remove it and then add it again because it won't let me remove the bank, lol

crazy, anyone had this ?

What type of bank account is on the paypal?

its a santander account, already added and deposits send, already verified,
weeks ago and shows as confirmed on the pp account,

same with vcc, already added, code input to pp weeks ago,

now it wants both again, even though both are already there and confirmed,

never had this before, used santander many times no problem,

so it seems they want me to put in a new card and bank ..... crazy
maybe some sort of glitch,
i guess its toast

I wouldnt say it's toast but this may be one of the few times where it's worth the time to call up PP

Been so many reports of glitches.

Santander has been reasonably OK.

Choice might be to call in, rather than abandon the account.
