Suspension....AGAIN.....oh and Trust & Safety
 

Some of you may remember that a few weeks ago I had been suspended, anyway I managed to get back onto ebay (bought the stealh book and enlisted modee's help) been on holiday for ten days so just had the odd thing selling nothing major and came back and start selling properly and was doing well until......lol......Friday I get suspended out of NOWHERE for copyright infrigement......I couldn't believe it.

No warning no removal of any listings just *bam* suspension

This was not a vero just a "we think you are selling counterfeit goods please stop and your account is suspended for a minimum of 7 days"

The funny thing is I went to the high street and bought the items just that morning from an authorised and international store, that I was listing.

I ONLY used my own pictures in my listings so I cannot understand how on earth they can justify suspending me.....anyway I have been attempting to contact trust and safety with some difficulty but I thought I would share this with you.

Will let you know how I get on......

Did you tell anyone, including the shopkeeper that you were
selling the items on ebay ? Did anyone overhear you talk
about ebay between the time you purchased the goods and
the time you listed them ? Are you family to be trusted, (i,e
not Ebay informants !!)

Just kidding !

That sucks dude !! but it is only a seven day suspension
so just relist one of the items not multiple next week
