think i need a vcc....
 

just had a ban on my paypal because i had gone over the £1900 mark, Now for some strange reason it too PP AGES to sort this problem out for me after I provided what they asked for. Now during the suspension they have removed my credit card for refunds (i assume this was a vcc that i bought with my package) I tried to re add this but it must have expired.

If i add a new VCC will this resolve this issue for now

Sorry I am not following you here. You have had the £1900 limit removed right?

Is so what is the current issue on the PP account that you want to resolve with a VCC?

I just went to list a product on ebay, and they put a message at the top

"
Attention

It looks like you don't have a reimbursement payment method on file with us. To complete your listing, please add a payment method. This payment method will be charged the amount due to eBay when we’ve refunded a buyer for cases brought under our Buyer Protection Policy."

Yep, just need to add in a new VCC for that.

You need to fix that small problem now really coz if you don't, the ebay account will get suspended and will be big hassle to rectify.

So, forget about going out tonight, fix that thing that pays for your weekend if you are a weekend type of person :) or just fix it anyway coz its broke :)

Yeah early night cos I'm at work. Don't do weekends. Just waiting for a vcc then fixing.

Your Paypal account has become limited due to exceeding the £1900 receiving limit.

As Paypal was used as the reimbursement method on EBay, they have removed this method due to the Paypal limitation.

You MUST add a VCC to Ebay as a reimbursement method quickly or they will permanently suspend your account.

As soon as you've done that, get documents submitted to Paypal. You should not have to wait too long for a document review as the account is already limited.

Ok. So tried to add bcc which was declined. Also says there is a automated phone call once credit card is added. Any way to solve this? Thanks.

What VCC did you use?

I got a uk visa off a member here valid till 04/18.

This is what it put up.

Your credit card or debit card transaction has been declined. A decline can only come from your bank or credit card issuer. Please note that eBay does not have the ability to decline your financial information.
Please make sure that you read the information here, before attempting to authorise your credit card again. If a credit card is declined 3 times you will be unable to add that specific credit card information for 7 days. In the mean time you are free to add a different card to your account or make a one-time payment.

Well if the details given to you are definately correct this is usually because the card has been deleted or there is not enough funds on the card for ebay to verify it exists. Since you need normally atleast $1 or £1 to approve it.

Go back to your seller and check the info.

Check funds were loaded.
