Thinking of going stealth - Few questions before buy the guide

Hi

Been looking at going stealth as think my home account may get banned to poor seller ratings. Since the new system came in place. Pretty sure its people putting low stars on purpose.

Anyway questions are after reading posts on here last few days.

1) Is this legal? ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name, address etc?
2) Would you need a new bank account for every account, again is this ⊗⊗⊗⊗?
3) What happens if a buyers wants to return an item?

To answer your last question, i usually let the buyer keep the item and refund them or offer them a partial refund depending on how much the sale was.

Bank accounts are always opened using real details. Anything else would be very illegal.

Nothing illegal in opening an eBay account under an assumed name or using an address that is not your home address. Lots of people use mail boxes for example on eBay
