| | | Emaandar | 09-07-2014 01:45 PM | Message from Entropay! Worried. Okay so,
I've been creating quite a few stealth accounts lately and have always used entropay for VCC's.
I currently have 10 cards on my account.
it then asked me to provide documents so i could upgrade the account which would enable me to add my cards, so i complied.
But, i got this message in my Help Centre a couple of days ago:
"Thank you for your email.
Upon reviewing your account, we have noticed that your virtual card have other people’s names, this is something that we do not allow as EntroPay accounts are for personal spends only, you are not allowed to share your account’s details and password with anyone.
Please remove any virtual cards that do not belong to you. You are not allowed to create further virtual cards.
We can confirm receipt of your documents and your account has been upgraded to a Premier account.
Should you require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,
George
Customer Support"
Has anyone ever had a message like this before?
And now, when i go to add a card it says:
"You are currently not allowed to create Virtual Cards. Please contact our support team via the Help Centre for assistance."
What should i do??? |
Re: Message from Entropay! Worried. should jus use numbers not names
i used names and account got closed
dont say cards are for anyone else |

Dmshark25 | 09-07-2014 07:30 PM | Re: Message from Entropay! Worried. Just out of curiosity how do they know that your using them with other peoples Names???
All that shows is a 1.95 test charge on the statement, are you filling in the card name that is meant for ur self like I just put a number , are u filling that in with your stealth name?
Regardless, just delete whatever u did wrong and message Entropay apologizing, tell them all the cards are for u and under your control, they are very easy to work with |

The name on the cards is the stealth name.
I always thought that's the only way the cards would work?
should i just leave the name bit blank? |
JamesNorth101 | 09-08-2014 05:21 PM | Re: Message from Entropay! Worried. No need to put in the name. I just use the number that is assigned to each stealth. |
Dmshark25 | 09-08-2014 05:37 PM | Re: Message from Entropay! Worried. That space is for ur personal use, and it's to give a name to the card, so that if u use them for different things, like different stealth accounts in this case than like James said I do the same I'll put 84 in one, 92 in another and those numbers correspond to that stealth account
But that has nothing to do with the name of a person, that's not needed |

What should i do??? | Before you do anything read the Entropay subforum. Entropay - eBay Suspension & Paypal Limited Forums
Hindsight is wonderful. There are many posts within that forum stating how to use entropay. That's why it is so simple to use CORRECTLY. All virtual cards need for stealth usage is [b]THEIR[/b numbers to add to entropay.
On your excel file, you simply add the entropay number to it for your records.
With these named accounts has there been much activity with ebay/paypal?

:ballchain: | 2 or 3 of the cards have been used to pay ebay fees if that's what you're asking? |

Re: Message from Entropay! Worried. Somebody recently mentioned keeping total entro cards under 10 |
steve70000 | 09-09-2014 09:53 AM | Re: Message from Entropay! Worried. i had morethan 10 on and account got frozen so i told them the truth what i was using them for and all ok now but i keep it under 10 once paypal account is up and running i keep a balance to pay fees in accounts.
and as for the names i use nick names with numbers as entropay do not like cards with other ppls real names on them for some reson,, |
Dmshark25 | 09-09-2014 11:22 AM | Re: Message from Entropay! Worried. I had a similar situation as the OP when I first started using Entropay
They are just concerned that no fraud is going on and that you are in control of all accounts
I forget the specifics but I made and deleted too many cards in the beginning with only 10 card limit
So they closed the account, and than I just explained to them that as they can see, the only funds going thru are a 1.95 for paypal confirmation and there is no fraud
I think previous I said that I gave 2 cards to family as gifts not knowing there rules
But the important thing is that Entropay is very easy to work with, I told them the cards I gave as gifts are deleted, I'm now in control of every account, and I use them for various business I have online to confirm paypal accounts
After that message , they reinstated my account , I sent documents in to get the highest verification , 20 cards at once, and now I create cards delete cards and make more as needed and I have not had one problem since |
RetroRedneck | 09-09-2014 03:58 PM | Re: Message from Entropay! Worried. Does anyone know if any balance is refunded when you've finished (deleted) with a card? |
JamesNorth101 | 09-09-2014 04:34 PM | Re: Message from Entropay! Worried. The balance left on any card when it is deleted will be transferred to your main Entropay card
Alternatively you can transfer it over to any other Entropay card you want before deleting the card :thumb: |
Re: Message from Entropay! Worried. Now i am getting more active with Paypal accounts i am creating and deleting more cards, but always keep the total cards under 10. Hopefully wont get any messages, but I like what dmshark says about giving them as gifts. 3v is better than entropay as they pass location confirmation, but entropay is so damn convenient. Would be nice if you could purchase 3v cards online |
