Firefox

Hi everyone

My google chrome keeps crashing & I'm not able to load pages, even after restarting my laptop numerous times.

So I have had to switch to mozilla firefox.

I only have one eBay account at the mo.

When I go in to options on Firefox, under privacy what do I tick? I've never used this browser before with eBay. The options are: Tell sites that I do not want to be tracked, Tell sites that I want to be tracked or Do not tell sites anything about my tracking preferences?

Also, what about plug ins etc?

Are cookies stored on the actual user account or on each different browser? For example Google Chrome, Mozilla etc. I only have one user account & IP as I only have one stealth.

Thanks.

They should be contained in the browser, but if u are thinking in the future u may want more accounts than download the portable Firefox

You can use one user account and have a different folders with a portable Firefox for each stealth account

Maybe ccleaner could be an option of you are running multiple accounts.
People will know more than me.

when you use firefox you will look like a new user as chrome uses internet explorer set up.

But if you have only one account why do you want to look like a new person every time you sign on? Makes no sense as not many people have old computers these days. So no need to select anything on firefox

If you open a new account you should be opening a new windows user account so that you then look like a new person on a new computer

Editing above as it makes no sense when I read it back

when you use firefox you will look like you are on a new computer as chrome uses internet explorer set up. Firefox has its own cookies and everything else.

But if you have only one account why do you want to look like you are using a new computer every time you sign on? Makes no sense as not many people have old computers these days. So no need to select anything on firefox it will work as is.

If you open a new account you should be opening a new windows user account so that you then look like a new person on a new computer.

makes more sense now

I have one computer that I use and I'm using Firefox with my existing stealth account, i want to set up a second stealth account on it now- I have set up new windows account for the it - do I need to do anything with Firefox -I.e. Delete cookies etc or am I good to go?
Would it be better to use say chrome for one and Firefox for the other.

Thanks

Re: Firefox

So long as it is a new user account then you do not need to do anything else.

Can use a new browser if you want to, but does not make too much difference.

Make sure you track IP addresses and there is no cross over.

You do not have to do anything to firefox on a new windows user account, it is like a new computer.
