Whoever thought of this

Needs hanging .

A few problem customers , could see hours and hours of work go down the drain, as some smart arse brained idiot thought it would be a good idea to reduce the amount of items people can list if they get in to problems.

So if you had a limit of 2000, and had all those filled, the next month it could be 800, so that is 1200 items worth of work down the drain, as they are much quicker in reducing your amounts, then they are in increasing them.

So frustrating, that this should happen now, when we are entering the xmas period, think they f***ing do it on purpose.

Not like its even your fault the majority of the time.

Rant over, any helpful suggestions other than keep on top of things would be greatly appreciated

Sorry but I am not really following what your saying.

Have your selling limits been decreased from 2000 to 800?

The transaction defect rate is the percentage of your total transactions that had any one of seven defects. Note that these defects often measure how satisfied your buyers were with a transaction. We don't count more than one defect per transaction.

Re: Whoever thought of this

Your problem is your defect rating. 12 Neutrals in the past 6 months is not helping much either.

You need to need to sort out your cancelled transactions and items no received. Both are running very high.

31 is a high count - even in comparison

Yeah I sort of saw that myself, but thanks anyway

For your cancelled transactions, did you select 'out of stock' as your reason?

Both USA & UK platforms got really nasty about 'quality'.

They handed out limited info to warn sellers.

Now, you have to be even more careful as defects are going to be dangerous.

Have you studied up on the expectations from ebay?

Neurotic comes to mind.

If you can not meet their wants, then you are out.
:tears:
