Reached PayPal £1900 Limit Docs Review Taking Ages!
 

Hi, I have 2 solid 90+ 100% feedback stealth accounts at the moment and in the process of building more. I submitted docs to PayPal on 17/08/14 on both accounts to lift the receiving limit. It has been 30+ days now with no response. I resubmitted docs again on 10/09/14 to make sure they definitely have received them but still no response. One of my accounts is actually hard limited now until they review the account with more than £300 sitting in it. The other is still in the soft limitation £1650+ notice. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The advice is to wait it out, it has been taking a fair amount of time for the past 8 weeks or more. 30+ days seems the norm for now. Resubmitting docs has been advised after a certain time, it will eventually be reviewed.

Keeping £300 in there though knowing you are approaching the hard £1900 limit, potentially wasn't the best idea. Remove funds before getting to that point in future. If the docs are declined that is PayPal's money for 180 days.

Aye, thanks for that. I'll just sit tight biting my nails hoping i'll get good news over bad.

Yeah, guess that was a bad move. Should have withdrawn on the day but I had a hoard of sales and was out so couldnt really do much as I dont like signing into PP on my smartphone. Anyways, thanks again:)

Yeah agreed - I havent had a set of docs reviewed quickly in a good long time now.

I'm guessing our friends at PayPal have a back-log.

Omg IMM I know the pain! Still no response after continously praying for that email, thought it'd come today seen as thought its been almost 32 days. Ugh, guess the waiting game is still strong.

why not calling them?

put 141 in front of number you calling to, they won't see your numner.

resubmit again as paypal seem to have some bugs going on happened to me the other month
or call as 32 days is to long mate

Hope you are using the time wisely and making up your back ups instead of biting your nails over what may or may not be.

I hate calling PayPal though. It seems as though everytime I have called them it has ended badly so don't really want to risk it. Unless your sure it wont end badly, i'd rather just wait. I'll see if I get a reply today, if not ill re-upload the docs for the third time. Cheers everyone for the responses.

You will get them reviewed when you call only if you get the right person, some of them will not review while you are on the phone, however, the majority will - it depends day to day. Again, its throw a dart and see where it lands type scenario.

Just call them, act a bit stupid and just 'enquire' as to what the process is (as if you've never done it before). 9 times out of 10 they will look at your docs and lift the limit over the phone. There is another plus side to this - they have less time to scrutinise your docs as you are on the phone - maybe keep them talking. I have succeeded in this situation numerous times *touch wood*.

Aye, might do it tomorrow morning and hope I get a monkey who's having a good day;) One of the accounts got the limit lifted earlier today so one down, one to go:) thanks everyone for the input and info, much appreciated.

I just had limits lifted after 30ish days so yeah its taking a while!

Yeah second account got receiving limit lifted after I called in earlier this morning. Had to call in twice as the first agent was a monkey and said I would have to wait 24-48 hours. Called in again 5 minutes later and got a lovely women called Lucy who lifted the limit within 30 seconds of ending the call. Thanks to all of you who helped out:)

You ID'd your own account in open forum by talking about what you did.
