What do people do for address'?
 

Hi,

I had a PO BOX 10 years ago for my normal mail and the price was £59 for the year just looked now and its close to £250.

So what do people do for address', this will be a stealth sellers account selling items of £20 and under.

I looked into mailing address' but how do i know these are not banned already and there is only one is 30 miles radius.

So what other options are there for people out there.

As you are selling low value items, I personally would make one up.



There are ways and means of having items returned to your real address for returns etc.

Also, if your item costs you £10, you would need to lose 25 to break even with the po box.

you need to figure out whats best for you and your business.

Does the address need to actually exist?

So say a street is 1,3,5,7 mystreet av. Can you do 2 mystreet av. (street name proper address)

And does it need to be in 10 miles or so as my ip address will say my location.

Po Box is a safe bet - especially for returns

yes, of course the address needs to exist.

How many accounts are you thinking of creating.

Avoid fiddling with ebay UK addresses. Can backfire.

As long as your IP is within the UK, the distance is no issue.

I have a a stealth address and used my own address for returns with return labels on the parcels
I have also used my own address for purchases but some may say that it to risky

If you are going to add your own address as a return address, which is still risky, but you would be best advised doing it after the 1900 review.

Also learned a long time ago that the post office only need two items to get mail to you and the rest is all ignored by them. Your door number and your post code so you could make use of an adjusted address just in case there is some reason for a second review on your account.
