Yes it's expensive considering there are far better options to be explored beforehand.

Are you a Bank?
No. We are an Authorised Electronic Money Institution, authorised and regulated by the FCA. We are permitted to process payments and provide the account service to you. The main difference is that unlike banks, we are not allowed to use customers' monies to invest in markets or in any other way. Your money is held in a trust account dedicated to you, which is "ring fenced" and separate from any other monies.

What do you mean when you say 'Stealth?' at the end?

These 'banks' are fine to use so long as they do not have an issue with mismatching name depostis, but are still FCA regulated so need to be opened in real details.
