Refunding a buyer - PP

I want to refund a buyer through PP but the account does not have any funds, which of the following is possible/advised:

* attach new entropay card with funds loaded - is their a "use card as funding source" button?
* add funds to PP - can I add the funds from an entropay card to my PP balance then refund buyer?

I would add the funds first, if possible.

But can this be done with an entropay card? The buyer doesn't have a PayPal account as he purchased as a guest & I can't add funds from my bank account as the PP is stealth.
