eBay UK Selling Manager Invoices Issue
 

Is anyone else having an issue with the invoices generated in Selling manager?

On 6 accounts this morning I've been on to print invoices and dispatch, 2 accounts have both printed the accounts address, when they've never done it before.

I've not changed anything. It wouldn't be a problem because I could just peel it from the label, except it's screwed the margins up. And the address on one is super long that it is bigger than the label anyway.

I use the standard labels with 2 peel offs that work with amazon and ebay. (not that it's anything to do with the labels!)

It changed like this on my account 6months ago, I've just been doing what you said peeling address off and not sending the invoice with stealth address on.

But this morning I'm having problems too, my address and buyers address has switched places and it's not printing my address and part of buyers address on the label. It's impossible to fix it by changing the margins. Don't know what to do now I've got loads of parcels to sort out i sell low value high volume so it's going to be a pain writing addresses manually.

Anyone else affected by this?

Don't think you can. I gave up PP postage around 18 months ago due to a mixture of it hardly ever working when I needed it to, the slowness of doing it 1 by 1 and the fact I save £150 a month with a franking machine.

The 3 times I've attempted to use PP postage for Parcelforce in that time it hasn't worked once. "PayPal postage is unavailable at this time".

Temporary fix rather than writing would be copying and pasting the addresses into word and printing onto standard labels and cutting them off with scissors. Alot faster and neater than writing. I have hundreds of sheets of 4 label per sheets left over from when I used to use PP postage so use that.

Morning All, same issue at my end! It has my address on the invoice and also issue with the address location on the invoice, the buyer's address is now in the middle! Hopefully it is temporary issue and will be fixed!

same issue here.
I have resulted in saving on to pdf files and editing to match old position.
Massive pain in the ***
Ebay really need to sort all these recent issues

This has been fixed now and buyers address should be back printing on label. Hopefully it doesn't happen again but you never know with eBay.

Thanks for letting me know. Gave up and finished early today with about 70 orders still to do.

Nevermind. Busy Friday for me tomorrow!
