It's about adapting your dealings to suit yourself, and keep PP happy too.
If you believe limitations are random "because it's paypal and they like limiting accounts" then you'll not be able to do it.
Learn how to keep the computers (bots) at PP happy, how not to trigger an auto limitation, or a manual review that could result in a limitation, and you'll be a lot happier using PP. |
