open a new paypal and ebay, under a new ip and new user on my computer,

I received a mc999 email after listing my first item.

I contacted them through chat and they are asking for proof of identity, proof of address and proof of owner ship.

I opened the account with my first name and my partners surname (soon to be my surname). Is it safe to send these documents without it being linked to my old account?

Is the address new? How soon after the account was created did you list? What sort of item was it?

The old account has been suspended for quite some time nearly a year, address is new although i have used the old account to buy and used it as my shipping address, it was a pair of shoes

So to be clear, you have used your new address on your old suspended eBay account? You have also used this new address on your new stealth account? Is that correct?

Are these branded shoes?

Accounts will be linked though the new address then.

What have you done for DOB? Is this the same as your banned account?

Hi, used my parnters dob for the new account.... I called this morning and they lifted the restriction. They just wanted to verify the item was mine, so only time will tell if they will suspend it due to the address, Thanks for your help

So the partner's info is now with ebay...cannot be reused - keep that in mind. Hope the partner knows...
