i brought a new phone but its used,

Yes Iphone works fine for ebay once it as been reset to default settings, tethering with them works ok as well, only possible drawback can be amount of gig needed to tether

Just to be clear, the APP cannot be reused on a phone after it has been used once with an account.

A factory reset will not help. The APP will still link to the eBay account used previously on the phone.

The APP can track everything about the phone including the phones unique number which will not be changed with a factory reset.

I used the app on few ebay accounts, same iphone, same number. One got limited but eBay didnt link to other accounts. This happened couple years ago but i might got lucky

If you download the APP and agree to their terms then yes they are allowed to do that.

If you used several stealths via the APP using the same phone then your accounts are linked.

Hi

I was thinking of using my iphone as a 3G stick basically for one of my new accounts obviously to get a different ip from the other accounts I am also opening using my wifi account. The main reason is the wifi pool of Ips looks a bit small. It use to have the app on which I removed after my suspension from the phone. As long as I don't use the app it will be fine using the phone as a internet service provider?

Yes as long you switch IPs between accounts and track them

Yes I was thinking of dedicating it to the one account which has its own dedicated computer. Don't want to get mixed up.
