not been on for a while but will ebay have alarm bells if i hitting my limit every month or is that what i should be doing thanks for you help

Nothing wrong with hitting your limits.

You need to build into the limits though.

If you have 100 item limits and then get an increase to say 500, do not start hitting the 500 limit straight away.

thanks its just my limits got lowered this month to 1295 items 13000 due to low global
8 cases have closed without seller resolution do you think this acount is dead now i had it for 4 years and had limits to 2500 item and 25000 i sell about 1000 items a month on this account please help thanks

Wow, that is a lot. What happened?

It would depend on your overall sales over 3/6 months as to if the account is dead. What is your defect %?

Sell as much as fast as possible and offer the most outstanding customer service. Also start working on other accounts.
