VBA in the Uk???

I have been running a few accounts with very little trouble (a part from the lil one yesterday) and read the book. I was thinking of giving it a go of making my own account. I read somewhere to save a bank account use a VBA, I assume this is virtual bank account. Can these be used in UK and if so where please. Thanks in advance.

Regular bank account you should use houghton19

In the UK in order to have a verified PayPal you will need a bank account.

No other way around it
