Hi guys..

some tips & tricks on how to avoid this error??

i got some stealth paypal accounts, verified and with a great transaction history, but several times i get this issue

i tried to remove vcc, chenge vcc, send mail to helpdesk ect

my account is from UK

When did you receive the funds into paypal?

This generally a soft limit that they put on the paypal account.

i tried to transfer these funds after 4days

having this issue so much recently its VERY VERY frustrating!

Were both sending and receiving accounts full verified / all limits removed?

It's a soft hold as Bunneh has said. It is put in place to "slow down" the movement of funds between accounts.

Usually waiting a few days and trying again resolves the issue.

in the past i have had success using m.paypal.com

it sometimes allows you to by pass it using the mobile site.
