VPS or VPN for UK

I wanted to operate a Stealth Ebay UK Account.
My current position is Pakistan. And will be for another year, till i return.
My question is what is best to use from PK, is it VPS or VPN to log into my Stealth EBUK account.

Both are suitable. If you go for a VPN, it needs to be a private, Dedicated IP and not one that is "shared".

Suitable UK VPS and VPNs can be purchased in the marketplace.

Cannot suggest a VOS or VPN on an open forum. It would lead to abuse of the VPS and VPN
