providing pp limit info...
 

ok...
not had to open a pp acc for a while now

last few days i just set up a new acc, got limited right away regarding the conform bank, proof of address and provide business info which ive had before so never thought any of that

ive resolved all those 1st 3 issues and they have a completed tag next to them, logs on to find the acc is further limited requesting additional info...

photo id... which is not a problem and supplier information... which is an issue, ive sold 2 vintage 25/30 year old items which i didnt buy from a supplier, so i cant provide "supplier" name, address and phone number info for which they are asking me to upload ?

bloody hell its getting beyond a joke to open a pp acc now

so what do i resolve the supplier info request please guys ?

Nip round to your local charity shop and buy a couple of items and then be creative

You never know it may make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside and take away the bad taste you get when dealing with paypal.

You can try the common sense thing and say they are just items from your home and as they were gifts from relatives some years ago and you do not have the receipt but it tends not to work. For some reason common sense does not work with paypal.
Maybe paypal employees have their homes full of receipts for every item they have in their home no matter where they bought it from or who gave them it.
