If you do not plan on withdrawing from the PP then no need to add a bank account.

Buyer accounts are fine generally without verified PP accounts, but it always helps.

I didn't want to waste a bank account on a buyers account to be honest

No I would never use banned info that would be nuts its a stealth buyer account but I didn't want to waste a bank account as I need them for my selling stealth's accounts

For pure buying ONLY, you can do it without bank account BUT it also depends on HOW MUCH buying you want to do...and where you are going to buy regularly from

only be 2 or 3 buys not a lot of purchases just so I don't use a stealth selling account for buying and keep it completely separate:amen:

create a ebay buyer account ./ if you win the auction or buy it now simply pay with paypal using a credit or debit card that you cant use on stealth. you simply use paypal to pay with your card
they have no problems accepting your money

Have none of your old accounts still got buyer privileges?

But most of the time you can open a buyer account with any information even when you have been kicked on that info as the scrutiney does not start until you are trying to sell.

Saves you messing around with address' either way
