This may seem a daft question, but won't eBay become suspicious if, every time you log into an account, it is with a different IP address?

A lot of people around the world, like myself, are using an ISP wth dynamic IP service.

This means that everytime I connect I naturally get a different IP.

Not really.

You make your new stealth account with its user account & cookies.

When you sign into ebay, that's part of what they want to see, and need to see.
Your IP is recognised as changing too.

So long as you are logging IPs with JamesNorth's file, you will be fine.

So long as you have cookies in place then its perfectly fine
