Have i linked my accounts?
 

Hi,

I have a normal ebay account and paypal. Non stealth not banned or any limits etc.

But for future proofing set up a stealth account around a month or so back. Selling off items around the house and maxing out the 10 limit i have on there at the moment.

However i sold an item this week and thought it weighed under <2kg so would send royalmail parcel. But when checked the weight was 2.8kg so too heavy for parcels with royalmail, and would need to be shipped parcelforce costing crazy money.

So went to what i normally use Collect+ Now here is the issues. I used my normal windows account, my usual collect+ account (used this on my 'proper' ebay account many times) and my normal paypal account.

Only when i clicked pay did i actually realise what i had done.

Now there is no name/address on the label etc, i assume if parcel is lost they be able to get my details from the barcode etc.

If this was any other courier what not be too concerned but seen loads of adverts of collect+ with ebay etc so not sure if they share infomation.

This was a one off and will never do it again.

But would the above actually link the accounts, nothing was done in ebay checkout all went through main website etc.

I'm not sure if you will link anything. BUT if you put the item number anywhere on the shipment, there is a risk.

As with anything, some "minor details" are often let go after a period of time.

There is no item number or relation it was an eBay parcel
